Your tasks
* You will join our team at our Cologne/Hamburg location for 20 hours per week on a fixed-term contract for 12 months
* You will gain valuable practical experience in the field of human resources management
* You will support the HR BP for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the Nordics in her day-to-day business with all administrative tasks
* You will work independently on tasks such as preparing and drafting contract requirements/amendments, certificates, and job references
* Maintaining/updating personnel files, creating and updating employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations
* Keeping personnel data up to date and other employment data
* Monitoring deadlines related to human resources work will also be part of your responsibilities
* In addition, you will assist in the development and research of topics as well as the documentation of processes
* Support with the preparation of reports as well as HR statistics
* Participate in projects and support the administrative area of personnel development and training
Your profile
* You are a registered student in the field of business administration with a focus on human resources, (business) psychology, or a comparable field of study.
* You are enthusiastic about topics related to human resources management.
* Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* You have some practical experience from part-time jobs or internships, ideally in the field of human resources
* You impress with your reliable, conscientious, and structured way of working. You are service-oriented and enjoy working with people
* Fluency in German and English round off your profile
