As Project Management Lead, you will report directly to the CTO and serve as the key leader for both strategic PMO development and operational project execution. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers responsible for Transport & Installation (T&I), Engineering, and Construction. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance. Project Oversight: Drive the full lifecycle of our offshore converter platform projects – from early engineering through fabrication and offshore installation – ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. PMO Strategy & Governance: Define and implement standardized project management processes, tools, and reporting structures. Establish best practices in risk management, progress monitoring, and change control across all projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and external stakeholders. Act as the primary interface for project reporting to senior management and represent the project portfolio at executive level. Escalation & Problem-Solving: Actively support your project managers in resolving critical issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment across disciplines. Take ownership of high-impact project challenges and enable fast, pragmatic decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in project delivery, planning accuracy, and interface management. Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning across your team. We are looking for a strong project leader who combines technical understanding with strategic thinking and people leadership. Your qualifications include: A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field ; additional training in project management is a plus. Several years of experience managing large, complex infrastructure or energy-related projects, ideally in the offshore or maritime sector. Proven leadership experience, including managing project teams in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; a certification such as IPMA Level B/C or PMP is highly desirable. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. A solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead across functions and cultures. Willingness to travel occasionally to offshore sites, yards, and partner locations as needed. A high level of commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable innovation.
