7Learnings is a leading B2B SaaS company driving automation and optimization in the retail sector. With our predictive pricing software, retailers can optimize their prices and radically simplify their pricing processes. Our clients include leading European retailers such as Westwing and Mister Spex.
As a Senior Event & Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are the strategic and operational lead behind our physical presence in the DACH, Nordics, and UK/I regions. Your mission is to drive lead generation through first-class live events and position 7Learnings as a key player in the eCommerce sector. You are responsible for the entire process, from initial research to booth dismantling, ensuring that every event makes a measurable contribution to our sales pipeline.
Your mission
* Holistic Event Planning & Research: You are responsible for the strategic selection and planning of trade fairs and events for our core markets (DACH, Nordics, UK/I) and conduct the corresponding contract negotiations with organizers and service providers.
* Trade Fair & Booth Management: You take full responsibility for trade fair sponsorships and operational execution on-site – including booth setup and dismantling, booth management, and marketing support during the event.
* Speaking Opportunities: You identify relevant stages and formats to place our experts as speakers, thereby strengthening our thought leadership in the market.
* Staff Planning & Coordination: You coordinate the entire staffing plan for our events and ensure that on-site teams (Sales, Product, Management) are optimally prepared and briefed.
* Budget & Performance Management: You manage the event budget independently and ensure, through consistent KPI tracking and detailed reporting, that we achieve our lead generation goals.
* Strategic Side Events: Organize exclusive networking formats such as dinners or roundtables to foster deep customer relationships in an exclusive setting away from the trade fair bustle.
Your profile
* Event Expertise in B2B SaaS: Proven experience in planning and executing international trade fairs and live events, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or eCommerce environment.
* Operational Excellence: You are comfortable with on-site logistics (setup and dismantling) and keep a cool head even during stressful trade fair phases.
* Negotiation Skills: You are experienced in dealing with international service providers and know how to get the most out of sponsorship packages and contracts.
* Language Proficiency: You are fluent in German and English to communicate and negotiate confidently in our core markets (UK, Nordics, DACH).
* Analytical Thinking: You love events but work data-driven. Budget management and KPI reporting are not just chores for you, but the foundation of your success.
* Willingness to Travel: You are ready to travel within Europe for our events and represent 7Learnings on-site (approx. 20% travel share).
What we offer?
* A fixed salary in the range of €60,000 – €75,000.
