Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop multiple software teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Define and execute software strategies using modern SaaS and cloud architectures for scalability and agility.
* Set and track KPIs to ensure quality, security, and process standards.
* Align engineering and product goals with business objectives.
* Mentor senior engineers and managers, promote best practices, and report progress to executive leadership.
Requirements
* Proven leadership in software development within SaaS or cloud environments.
* Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and automation.
* Strong experience applying Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Track record of building high-performing teams in dynamic settings.
