You’ll develop agent-based applications, integrated architectures, and scalable systems that rethink business processes and create real business impact.
Together with Boston Consulting Group, you support our clients from the initial strategic idea through to technical implementation—from the boardroom to the codebase—with a focus on AI-driven coding (“vibe coding”), enabling you to fully leverage your individual strengths, particularly in architecture.
Shape the world of tomorrow
• You will lead projects or workstreams for the implementation of SAP BTP and AI solutions
• You will develop scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes
• You will evaluate and define platform strategies (BTP, hyperscalers, open source, hybrid)
• You design and manage agent-based AI workflows (orchestration, tool integration, human-in-the-loop)
• You lead proof-of-concepts, demos, and pilot implementations
• You develop target visions, roadmaps, and migration strategies from legacy systems
• You advise clients on complex technology decisions
• You coach team members and ensure the quality of implementation
You Make the Difference
• You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP BTP (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)
• You have strong programming skills and experience with modern development approaches
• You have practical experience with AI/GenAI applications in an enterprise context
• You have extensive experience with integration architectures and complex system landscapes; hyperscaler ecosystems and hybrid architectures are familiar to you
• You have experience leading teams as a project manager - including on the client side - and combine technological depth with business acumen
• You are skilled in efficient resource planning and motivational leadership
• You excel with strong communication and leadership skills
• You can confidently understand and convey complex issues in German and English
