Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for TeamViewer, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our various business functions, such as Sales & Marketing but also Finance, HR, and Operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their needs and deliver a seamless recruitment process, ensuring we bring the best candidates into our organization.
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various business roles
2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions
3. Utilize multiple channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional networks like LinkedIn
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and representing our brand values
5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify talent pools and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
6. Develop and promote initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and attract top talent
7. Implement strategies that promote diverse hiring practices and support our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace
8. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process
9. Support our HR teams in ensuring that new joiners have a smooth start by preparing, coordinating and distributing HR-related documentation
Requirements
10. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
11. Experience hiring for Sales & Marketing departments is highly desirable
12. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
13. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
14. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute recruitment plans efficiently
15. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
