Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow. We’re thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Europe, the Key Account Manager - Distribution. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
* You will be the primary contact for Sungrow's Distribution Channel Partners within the DACH region.
* You will ensure channel partners receive all necessary product and commercial information, fostering a positive experience when selling Sungrow products.
* You will collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and needs, aligning them with Sungrow's overarching strategy.
* You will develop value propositions and account plans based on customer insights, exploring potential strategic advancements within accounts.
* You will monitor client performance and provide relevant updates to management.
* You will handle essential operational tasks such as quote entries, tracking product flow, and managing reports and deadlines.
* You will address customer challenges and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders within Sungrow when necessary.
* You will visit channel partners in person, attend trade fairs, and accompany them to the Headquarter in Hefei.
Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
* You hold a higher education qualification or have completed business-related studies with a technical component, enabling a general understanding of our products.
* You have proven experience in Account Management, ideally having gained expertise in this field over several years.
* You possess the ability to work independently and maintain focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment like the solar industry.
* You exhibit strong communication and commercial skills.
* You are proficient in German and English at a C1 level; additional European languages or Chinese would be beneficial.
* You are a quick learner with a keen desire to expand your knowledge in the clean-tech industry.
* You demonstrate attention to detail, capable of delving into specifics while maintaining a view of the broader picture for delivering exceptional and brand-aligned experiences.
* You have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
* You enjoy traveling and are willing to visit clients in person regularly.
