At KuehneNagel, our work is far more impactful than you might imagine. u200e As a Global Road Logistics Sales System and Support Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and elevating commercial performance across the organization. You will collaborate with key account teams, unlock multi-country opportunities, and shape compelling value propositions u2014 contributing directly to profitable growth and a consistent, high-quality customer experience across Europe. How you create impact Support and optimize customer portfolio management to drive profitable growth and high sales performance, Define target customer strategies, portfolio standards, and governance in line with global guidelines, Monitor portfolio performance, identify dormant accounts, and drive recovery actions with sales teams, Ensure commercial discipline through CRM usage, pipeline accuracy, and performance tracking dashboards, Train and support sales teams on portfolio management tools and best practices, Manage and enhance sales recognition programs, including awards, communication, and engagement initiatives, Maintain and develop central sales communication platforms and ensure consistent, accessible information sharing, Drive CRM and digital solutions improvements (e.g., MyKN), including feature development, rollout, training, and performance tracking. What we would like you to bring Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, 7- 8 years of solid background in sales support, portfolio management, and program development or commercial enablement, Proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and KPI-driven sales management. Advanced skills in MS Office, data visualization, and presentation tools, Strong analytical, structured, and organizational skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable processes, Excellent communication abilities combined with experience in community building and driving engagement initiatives.
