Then join us as Event Management Coordinator (m/f/d) and support our Event Planning Team in organizing and executing memorable events.

Your key responsibilities include;
7. Support the planning and coordination of groups and events
8. Ensure and support a smooth transition from the selling team to the event planning team
9. Create event documents such as BEOs and group schedules
10. Communicate with clients, internal departments, and external service providers
11. Assist with on-site event execution and provide hands-on support
12. Support site inspections and pre-/post-conference meetings
13. Proactively find solutions to challenges and handle guest feedback professionally
14. Take ownership of individual projects and assist with more complex events
Be able.
15. You’re eager to grow, learn new things, and be part of a familial and ambitious team
16. You stay calm and focused even in high-pressure situations
17. You’ve already gained experience in a similar role and have a hotel management background with a focus on event planning or a comparable qualification
18. Your communication skills stand out, and you’re confident in both German and English – any additional language is a plus
19. You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good time management
20. You work solution-oriented, professionally, and with a high level of service focus
