YOUR ROLE
* Shape the future of payment transactions: In this key role at KIWI Consulting, a subsidiary of adesso SE, you will ensure the strategic development of our solution portfolio in payment transactions. You will identify new trends, conceive fresh ideas, and position us as a leading partner for consulting and IT solutions in payment transactions. Your focus will be on vision, publications, and networking – not just project execution. You will expand our thematic portfolio, publish forward-looking industry content, and build a solid network of expertise.
* Strategic topic development: Detect new areas and trends in payment transactions early and develop market-ready concepts.
* Thought leadership: Write industry articles, studies, and whitepapers, and share your expertise as a speaker at conferences.
* Trusted advisor: Further develop the payment transaction field and strengthen the cohesion of an engaged community.
* Knowledge management: Optimize our knowledge management, maintain the central Knowledge Hub, and organize internal learning formats.
* Innovation & networking: Build and maintain a broad network of experts with banks, FinTechs, associations, and regulators to expand our expertise.
* Market positioning: Support our sales team, develop new consulting approaches and services to establish KIWI Consulting as a thought leader.
* Project work (conceptual): Bring new impulses into client organizations, accompany projects methodically, and keep your expertise up-to-date.
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience: At least seven years of in-depth experience in payment transactions (project or consulting environment).
* Proven strength: Drive new topics, sketch innovative solutions, and explain complex issues understandably.
* Technical leadership: Strong technical leadership skills and enthusiasm for coaching.
* Network: Bring a resilient network and actively maintain contacts with banks, associations, regulators, research institutions, and FinTechs.
* Understanding: Deep understanding of key technologies and topics in payment transactions, including API, cloud architectures, and modern market infrastructures.
* Travel readiness: Moderate (about 50–75%), flexible planning.
* Full-time availability and eagerness to start: preferably soon.
