In this key position, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of our 10-strong IT infrastructure team. You are not only the guarantor for smooth operations, but also the strategic head who modernizes and scales the system landscape.

Your tasks
10. You will be the team leader of the IT department.
11. You will be responsible for a wide range of systems, solutions and processes within the company.
12. You will ensure that the following systems run smoothly in the company departments: Switching/Routing/WLAN/Unified Communications (VoIP) IP connections to (also international) branch offices (VPN/WAN) Internet and e-mail security Storage area network Database administration Microsoft Exchange Server Citrix System administration of PowerVM/Linux/Unix (AIX)/Windows scripting
13. Your team will be responsible for supporting the applications for warehouse management, transport management and other operational systems.
14. License and contract management and budget planning/cost center responsibility are part of your tasks.
15. You will be responsible for managing IT projects for applications and infrastructure.
16. You are responsible for managing, motivating and developing the employees in your department.
Your profile
17. Your basis is training in the usual IT professions or a degree in computer science or similar.
18. You already have several years of relevant practical experience, particularly in employee management.
19. You love dealing with people as well as with software and hardware and have a high degree of commitment and service orientation towards other company departments.
20. Communication skills and assertiveness are among your strengths.
21. You enjoy structuring and improving work processes. This also includes the ability and willingness to document accordingly.
22. Furthermore, you have team spirit and good organizational skills, but also know how to work independently.
23. You have knowledge of web development and current IT standards.
24. Goal, solution and process orientation are more than just buzzwords for you.
