Fund Service Specialist
We are seeking a Fund Service Specialist to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Fund Service Specialist, you will be the lead point of contact for all fund clients.
This is a challenging role that requires flexibility and adaptability. Our team needs a solution that delivers a seamless and digitized investor experience fully adapted to market volatility and product evolutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the service provided is satisfying by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of continuous improvement of client's relationship and satisfaction
2. Taking ownership and leading on each client's needs/requests brought to your attention
3. Preparing and taking part in clients' meetings and internal meetings
4. Ensuring high level of quality relationship internally and with clients
5. Participating actively to the improvement of the service delivery
6. Escalating matters in a timely manner to Management
7. Actively leading the Fund aspects for any client projects

Requirements:
Professional experience: minimum 5 years in the field.
Behavioural skills: Attention to Detail/Rigour, Organisational Skills, Adaptability, Communication Skills - Oral & Written, Ability to share/pass on knowledge.
Transversal skills: Ability to develop and leverage networks, Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, Ability to understand and integrate sustainable development issues into day-to-day work, Ability to work with Agile methods.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English and German, but you can communicate in other languages (as French, Italian or Spanish…).
