Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative products and enhance existing features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions.
* Elicit, document, and review detailed business requirements and use cases, creating comprehensive functional and system requirements specifications.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of new features to stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and feedback.
* Collaborate with development teams to integrate the latest technology advancements, ensuring scalability and agility.
* Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; support project planning, track progress, and ensure successful outcomes.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation of procedures, solutions, and requirements.
* Support the implementation and adoption of new processes and systems, including training and user support.
* Identify potential risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies, managing risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Must have:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Russian for both oral and written business communication.
* 2+ years of experience communicating with English-speaking stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
* Experience in creating business and technical documentation, guidelines, and specifications.
* Experience with systems modeling techniques (e.g., UML, data flow diagrams).
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research, analyze and structure complex data and processes effectively.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have:
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and database management principles.
* Familiarity with working with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar technologies for research and problem-solving.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
* Familiarity with system integration concepts, including API development and management, middleware, and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON).
* BA/PM certifications.
* Understanding of the US healthcare industry and its processes.
