Global Project & Marketing Manager
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of fragrance projects for our Global Account, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and our client. Project Management:Take ownership of fragrance projects for our Global Account from kick-off to final presentation. Lead the creation of compelling project presentations, collaborating with Marketing, Perfumery, and Evaluation teams. Support the execution of commercial strategies and monitor progress. Relationship Management & Communication:Act as the main technical and operational contact for our Global Account, representing MANE professionally in all customer interactions and meetings. Strategic Engagement:Participate in internal team meetings, customer meetings, and support strategic engagements to drive business growth.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, consumer research, communication, or design. At least five years' experience in a commercial or marketing role within FMCG, fragrance, flavour, or related industries.
Proven experience in developing and managing marketing or CI projects, including designing and delivering presentations.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), fluency in German preferred.Proficiency in MS Office, Apple programs (Keynote, Pages, Numbers), CANVA, and image processing tools (e.g., Photoshop).Affinity for social web/digital media.A collaborative team and flexible working hours, including a hybrid work model.30 days of annual leave, Fitness Wellpass, company pension plan, travel cost subsidy, attractive office location with easy access via public transportation, and further fringe benefits.A two-year contract with the potential for early transition to a permanent position, depending on business developments.An ideal start date of June 1st or July 1st, to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition.
