WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Working in our AFC Compliance team to constantly enhance Trade Republics’ Compliance Programme Engage in cross-functional projects with a focus on crypto products to continuously evolve and adapt our AFC Systems and Controls with a strong focus on scalability and automation Regular monitoring and evolution of the risk mitigating measures Supporting the preparation of reports for management and supervisory authorities Preparing, organizing and conducting customized compliance training sessions Provision of AFC Compliance support to the business in their activities to enhance the product offering to our clients WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience of 5 years in a compliance, auditor or regulatory position within a financial institution, an audit/consulting firm or similar University degree in law, natural sciences, economics or any other related subject Strong knowledge in the all relevant fields for Anti-Financial Crime Compliance as well as the associated regulations Proven expertise in crypto business and blockchain technology Strong understanding of banking products and operational challenges Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills including the ability to interpret and communicate compliance guidance internally Fluency in English, German language skills considered as a plus WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
