Partner with Real Estate Managers and Retail Directors, to steer occupancy costs and depreciation by analyzing investment strategies to maximize profitability and value creation.
• Partner with Global Business Services and Accounting teams to guarantee correct application of IFRS16 rules in own retail occupancy and depreciation
• Maintain integrity of dynamic planning processes (forecast, budget, strategic business plan) and the monthly closing of the own stores along with adidas processes & targets.
• Anticipate risks in short and long-term financial planning including impairment testing and provide potential scenarios to Senior Management to facilitate decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of creative process improvements and best-known practices and think about ways to simplify current financial management processes & analytical tools.

Very good analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources
• Strong competence with SAP AFS (FICO, BI, GRAPE)
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
