Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team in a key long-term role supporting the growth and success of our business. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for one of our key business units - Nexfeld, which operates across Denmark, Norway, and Germany. You will report directly to the General Manager with a functional reporting line to the Group Finance Director. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Strategic Management & Business Support: Act as a financial advisor to the General Manager and functional managers, helping to develop business plans, priorities, and forecasts aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide strategic financial leadership to drive net revenue, EBITA, working capital, and overall business growth. Lead the quarterly budgeting and forecasting process, incorporating sales pipeline analysis and cost assessments to develop accurate forecasts and identify key performance improvement opportunities. Responsible for the execution of action points resulting from the quarterly forecast review. Financial Management & Reporting: Accountable for delivering accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/yearly consolidated financial reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting and requirements in accordance with both local GAAP and IFRS. Manage and execute internal and external audits and ensure statutory filings are completed as required. Process payroll, bonuses, commissions, and payments. Monitor key financial metrics related to customer contracts and enforce performance tracking via KPIs. Responsible for the accuracy of revenue recognition, comfortable operating under IFRS15, including being accountable for assuring high quality project accounting / controlling. Responsible for optimizing the use of financial systems and resources, for instance by exploring new AI-based solutions, as well as managing the implementation of new systems and processes if required Governance & Risk Management: Apply best practices across processes, people and systems to optimize revenue, profitability and cash flow, efficiency and performance. Ensure key accounting processes and internal controls are well-documented and adhered to. Stay updated on financial trends and regulations, ensuring compliance across finance functions. Business partnering with top management to ensure that project bids and contract terms—both financial and non-financial—are competitive, strategic, and aligned with corporate guidelines.
