SWISS KRONOs key success factor is the continuous optimization and automation of supply chain managementprocesses. This requires a deep knowledge of the integration of processes in production. The job holder has functional responsibility for the reporting of 2-3 plants. He will act as sparring partner for plant controllers.

Your tasks:
6. Contribute to monthly/quarterly financial reportings
7. Analysis of monthly results for 2-3 plants.
8. Challenge the integrity and plausibility of the planning of 2-3 plants. Reconcile with the group strategy.
9. Controlling of Capex projects (contribution to approval process and proof of realized profitability), cyclic monitoring on group level
10. Detect and pursue cost and revenue potentials
11. User support (content focus) for reporting and planning tools during operation (colleagues in plants, group functions, etc.)
12. Special Focus and Group Function Support in one of the fields:
13. I. Sales: end customer market and product properties; distribution chain, sales organization and logistics execution
14. II. Production: production output and component input; quality and efficiency (OEE)
15. II. Purchasing: supply chain, purchasing organization and logistics execution; - Ad hoc analysis in all business fields
Your profile:
16. Degree in Economics (Diplomkaufmann, Betriebswirt FH, Bachelor)
17. 7 - 10 years experience in Industrial Controlling
18. Experience as Plant Controller, Regional Controller or comparable function in a producing entity/organization
19. Generalistic controlling and finance experience (closing process) required
20. SAP knowledge (R3 or S4, FI/CO modules) is a must
21. Knowledge in data analysis tools (SAP AfO, SAP Bex or comparable)
22. General technical understanding and interest for dependencies in the production process
23. international experience preferred
24. Not afraid to take over responsibility or lead in project teams
25. German and English level B2 or higher
26. Willingness to regular travel (30-50%, day- and weekwise)
