Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner with the highest degree of accuracy such as managing employee integration and exit processes, handling day-to-day HR matters, delivering and analysing HR metrics, preparing talent presentation for business, managing long term leave as well as internal mobility.
* Interact closely with the other HRBPs to create impact across our population and a real corporate synergy
* Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, performance assessments, workforce planning, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high performing team
* Support on transversal activities as well as HR projects and continuous improvement
* Play a pivotal role in driving improvements in internal processes at a leading company.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or business administration completed with a first experience of 3-4 years as an HRBP in Luxembourg.
Strong organisation and analytical skills, rigorous, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter attitude and great learner motivated to join a fast-paced and evolving environment
Fluent in French and English (both languages are mandatory).
