Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager.

Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with these clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value customers to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client requests and projects.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in a financial services industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop creative solutions.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
