Responsibilities:
As IT Project Manager (f/m/d) at EagleBurgmann, you will lead large-scale projects and carefully manage impactful change processes. You inspire global teams with your motivation to drive international SAP S/4 rollouts and shape the digital transformation of our End-to-End processes.
1. End-to-End Project Leadership: You manage international large-scale initiatives, currently with a focus on global SAP S/4 rollouts.
2. Project Governance: You ensure a structured planning and execution in line with the EagleBurgmann methodology – including accountability for resources, budgets, risks, and escalations.
3. Scope Management: You define and control the project scope, including local business and legal requirements within global SAP S/4 rollouts.
4. Change Management: You drive the organizational change and foster adoption through strong stakeholder engagement.
5. Monitoring & Controlling: You apply robust controlling practices, ensure transparency, and continuously optimize PMO standards.
6. Communication & Collaboration: You foster a clear, strategic communication and work closely with global teams.
Qualifications:
7. Degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification.
8. Profound project management experience with international scope and responsibility for resources, budgets, risks, and escalations.
9. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 processes across multiple domains and experience in manufacturing digitalization.
10. Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI) would be a plus.
11. Strong change management and communication skills, and the ability to inspire, motivate and coordinate international teams.
12. Willingness to occasionally travel internationally, combined with excellent German (approx. C1) and English language skills round off your profile.
