Job Description You manage our existing partner networks, key accounts and related campaign operations across markets You are responsible for our partnership outreach strategy to identify and onboard new partners with high target audience fit You support the development of a growing portfolio of partners for the German and international markets driving campaigns engagement and performance You feel confident conducting business related negotiations with new and existing partners You challenge the status quo of our tracking setup frequently and look for improvements You plan, deploy, analyze and optimize a suitable business partnership and affiliate strategy to maximise conversion rates and ROI You provide data based insights and analysis constantly to all relevant stakeholders You manage channel budget and drive continuous operational and performance improvement through constant iterations and experiments You are comfortable working cross functionally and proactively report to key marketing stakeholders about the progress of ongoing initiative and future growth opportunities
