YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Delivering comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care using evidence-based methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy, depth psychology, systemic therapy, trauma-focused approaches, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A) group sessions
* Conducting detailed diagnostic assessments utilizing behavioral, depth psychological, and systemic methods
* Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and educators to provide holistic patient care
* Participating in case conferences and contributing to quality management initiatives
* Engaging in continuous professional development and training activities
YOUR PROFILE
* Board-certified Consultant Physician (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatics, adult psychiatry, or pediatric medicine
* Genuine interest and commitment to working intensively with children, adolescents, and their families
* Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
* Motivation to deepen psychotherapeutic expertise
* Compassionate, respectful, and professional approach towards patients and colleagues
* Valid medical license (Approbation) and authorization to practice in Germany
