Resource Manager - Solar, BESS & EV - Berlin
This role is with an exciting renewable energy company who have seen growth year on year since 2023! They are now looking to bring in an experienced Resource Manager to support project delivery, workforce planning, and operational efficiency across multiple teams. They are known for delivering forward-thinking solutions within the energy and infrastructure space, offering a collaborative environment with strong long-term growth potential across Solar, BESS, EV and heat network projects.
As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the effective allocation, management and supply chain/ procurement management within the company. You will work closely with various project teams to ensure resources are used optimally to achieve project objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Identify and assess resource requirements for various projects and teams.
* Develop and implement resource management plans to ensure all resources are utilized efficiently.
* Track and monitor resource usage while identifying bottlenecks or potential conflicts.
* Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure resources are allocated according to project requirements.
* Optimize resource utilization and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
* Report on resource status and utilization to management and other relevant stakeholders.
* Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees in the area of resource management.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in resource management, ideally within a corporate environment.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience with resource management tools and software is an advantage (any).
* Excellent Excel skills.
* B2 German and English language skills or Fluent German & B2 English language skills
(Salary up to €65,000 + Package)
