Inside Sales Representative (m/f/x)
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Inside Sales Representative at Lawo, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Organization by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving sales development activities, managing inbound and outbound communications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire Lawo portfolio of broadcast and media solutions.
1. Primary responsibilities include executing, managing, and growing support contracts (SLA's) and Lawo Academy Sales opportunities through renewals and new sales
2. Manage the lead lifecycle and coordinate communications to ensure timely follow-up and effective sales engagement
3. Help develop and support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives by executing targeted outreach and follow-up
4. Support Front Line Sales team with development and maintenance of relationships with assigned customers and accounts
5. Quickly develop knowledge of Lawo product and solution portfolio
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
7. Assist Sales Support team with quote creation and Jira management when required
8. Occasionally attend trade shows, road shows and sales meetings
9. Long-range responsibilities may include managing small to mid-size sales opportunities
YOUR PROFILE
10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
11. Experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service, ideally in the broadcast or media technology sector
12. Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
13. Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g. German, Spanish, French, Arabic) are a distinct asset
14. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot
15. Good presentation skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
17. Active listener with an ability to identify customer needs
18. Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
19. Adaptable and willing to learn new tools, technologies, and processes
20. Basic knowledge of the Lawo product portfolio is an advantage
