Job Responsibilities
* Define European delivery operations targets, standards, KPIs and performance expectations across markets.
* Build the European delivery operating model, including governance, roles and responsibilities, escalation logic and best-practice frameworks.
* Design and improve strategic processes across logistics, registration, fleet management, payment, financing, collections-related workflows, delivery, documentation and related operations.
* Shape the business requirements for the European delivery system landscape, including order status, vehicle status, registration status, documentation, finance, fleet, delivery tracking, reporting and KPI dashboards.
* Work with IT, product, data and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable systems, workflows, automation and reporting capabilities.
* Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks and translate insights into clear improvement initiatives.
* Support launch readiness and ramp-up planning for core European markets, including Germany, UK, France, Spain and Italy.
* Work closely with European HQ functions, local market teams, logistics providers, registration partners, finance teams, delivery centers, agency partners and dealers.
* Drive standardization across markets while allowing local adaptations where required by regulation, market structure or customer needs.
Job Requirements
* Experience in automotive operations, delivery operations, logistics, process improvement, finance operations, fleet management or regional operations management.
* Experience working in a European HQ, regional organization or multi-market environment.
* Strong understanding of operating model design, target setting, KPI management, governance and continuous improvement.
* Experience with vehicle registration, automotive logistics, fleet operations, dealer / agency models, direct-to-consumer operations or payment and finance workflows is an advantage.
* Proven ability to analyze complex operational workflows and translate them into clear, scalable processes.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with dashboards, KPIs, operational data and performance reviews.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across HQ teams, local markets and external partners.
* Builder mindset with the ability to create structure in an early-stage, fast-scaling environment.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
