Mobile Locker is a fast-growing international company offering smart locker solutions at festivals, events, and permanent locations across Europe. For our support team, we are looking for a Hotline Agent to assist customers by phone and help ensure a smooth and professional service. Responsibilities Answering incoming calls via the Hotline Supporting customers with the use of lockers (payments, malfunctions, access, etc.) Analysing and resolving technical or operational issues remotely Escalating more complex issues to the right team or person Contributing ideas to improve service and flagging recurring problems Working in a shift system (including evenings, nights, and weekends where applicable) Requirements You are customer-focused and communicate smoothly and professionally You are comfortable with a high volume of telephone contact You remain calm and friendly, even in stressful situations or when handling complaints You think solution-oriented and act quickly and efficiently You can prioritise well and switch easily between different requests You work independently and take responsibility for your decisions You are flexible and open to working shifts Languages Excellent knowledge of German (required) Good knowledge of English (required) Knowledge of other languages is a plus Nice to have First experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a call centre Affinity with technology or technical systems Requirements Registered as a student, freelancer, or minijobber in Germany Benefits A flexible part-time job with clear responsibilities Initial training and on-call support from our team Fair hourly compensation A steady and autonomous role within a fast-growing international company
