The Scope We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Student Assistant – Digital Communications to support our communications team in developing engaging digital content, campaigns, and communication strategies. In this role, you will contribute to strengthening our digital presence across multiple platforms, supporting content creation, campaign execution, and website management. Main Roles & Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of digital communication strategies and campaigns Assess and identify user personas and audience target groups Create engaging written content for websites, newsletters, and digital channels Collaborate on product communication initiatives, ideally within a SaaS environment Assist in video editing and multimedia content production Design visual assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Assist and update website content via CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) Support with content optimization for SEO Support email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp) Assist in maintaining and improving CMS and digital communication tools Conduct basic performance tracking and support reporting on digital campaigns Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all communication channels Your profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field Some professional experience in digital communications, marketing, or similar roles Strong content writing and storytelling skills Solid understanding of SEO and best practices Experience in video editing and visual content creation Proficiency in: Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CMS tools (WordPress, Drupal), Email marketing tools (Mailchimp) Understanding of communication strategy and campaign development Experience in product communication within a SaaS environment is a plus Fluency in English Fluency in French is a strong plus Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently Why us?
