We are seeking a strategic financial leader to join our team as the Head of FP&A, Denmark. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformation and drive financial excellence at our Swedoor Denmark operations, serving as a key Finance Business Partner to the country leadership team. Your responsibilities include:
* Preparing and presenting performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Translating complex data into actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
* Driving process improvements and developing a high-performing FP&A team.
* Ensuring compliance with financial standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
* Partnering with the Head of Accounting to ensure accurate accounting practices supported by financial analysis.
