Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets.
* Lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Represent us at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry.
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications.
* Leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire people.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
* Fluent English language skills.
