Yourmissions :
In this position, you will be responsible for financial reporting, creating and monitoring KPIs, cash flow management and supporting audits. You will act as a direct interface to the company's managers and report directly to the CFO Germany.
Your tasks:
●Carrying out all financial cycles for the site within the framework of the processes defined by the Group. For example: month-end closing, preparation of annual budgets and cost of sales, financial estimates and forecasts
●CAPEX planning and tracking/monitoring of the budget after approval
●Improving internal control, particularly in the areas of purchasing and production
●Control of inventories: stocktaking, inventory valuation, devaluations and risk assessment
●Responsible for the planning, implementation and organization of (year-end) inventories
●Budget preparation and monitoring for the entire site
●R&D controlling for the site with strong involvement in the planning and implementation of projects, for applying for third-party funding
●Management/supervision of projects for industrial cost control and cost savings
●Calculating and updating standard costs per unit in accordance with Group standards and procedures
●Monthly reporting of industrial deviations to support decision making and monitoring of action plans
●Monthly provision of decision relevant KPI
●Apply Ceva accounting and control standards and procedures at site in relation to industrial costing and inventory valuation to meet Group reporting requirements in terms of quality and timelines
●Carry out the year-end closing work according to HGB and internal guidelines incl. coordination with the external auditors
Your profile :
Your profile:
You have a degree in business administration or a comparable degree with several years of professional experience. You have experience and knowledge of public and/or private accounting as well as good knowledge of budgeting and controlling in an international group. Knowledge of accounting is desirable. It goes without saying that you are confident in using MS Office in particular, and you are a confident user of an ERP system. Experience in project work is an advantage. You are fluent in written and spoken German and English. Your working style is characterized by a high degree of accuracy, reliability and a sense of responsibility. A high level of analytical and organizational skills as well as strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile.
