We are looking for a Working Student to support our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR administration, employee experience, and gaining hands-on insight into the dynamic world of Human Resources in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with our Head of People & Culture and People Operations Specialist, you will contribute to various tasks across the employee lifecycle and have the opportunity to make an impact on a wide range of People & Culture projects. What you should bring You are currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (e.g., International Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management) You have at least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a start-up environment, with an understanding of German legal regulations Ideally, you are based in Berlin and can work from the office 2 days per week You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong plus You are familiar with Google Workspace and management tools such as Asana and Notion You are highly organized, self-disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented You have an analytical mindset and the ability to support dashboard creation and track key HR metrics
