Overview As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in unlocking revenue growth and expanding Abstract’s market presence. You’ll monitor key accounts, identify and maximize business opportunities, and spearhead initiatives that reinforce our position in delivering cutting‑edge solutions across diverse industries. Successfully leveraging our technology and collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and industry events will be key to your impact. Responsibilities Monitor key accounts and identify new business opportunities. Lead complex negotiations and drive deals to closure. Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to refine product positioning and enhance market understanding. Represent Abstract at industry conferences to promote solutions and expand the network. Develop strategic partnerships essential for long‑term growth and adding value to the business. Qualifications Affinity for 3D: understanding of 3D optimization, graphics software, or related technologies. Business development or sales experience within the technology sector, preferably in 3D graphics, gaming, or related fields. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead negotiations and drive deals to completion. Adaptable to new demands and responsive with a sense of urgency. Fluency in English; additional German fluency is a bonus.
