Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP (HGB).Ensuring the proper, complete and timely recording of all business transactions and reconciliation of the general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts.Contact person for auditors and tax advisors as well as for internal specialist departments.Conducting ad-hoc analyses for cash and liquidity planning, as well as preparing business analyses and reports.Close cooperation with the human resources department and accounting of employee provisions and pensions.Taking on the key user role for software updates and data migrations.Participation in intercompany reconciliations with subsidiaries and support in the consolidation process.Responsibility for processing payments and recording incoming payments.Main contact person for fixed asset accounting and leasing (IFRS 16) Your profile
Completed training in the aforementioned field; a completed business administration degree with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling, or completed further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is desirable.Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment.Sound knowledge of accounting according to German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Proficient use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.Analytical thinking skills, a strong affinity for numbers, and a careful, structured way of working.Interest in the further development of digital financial processes and affinity for IT.Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills when dealing with internal and external partners.Good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
