Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Embedded Software Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies within technical teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality software development.
Key Responsibilities:. Facilitate Scrum Processes
1. Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
2. Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Ensure alignment between development teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
. Support the Development Team
4. Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Coach and mentor the team in agile principles, promoting self-organization and accountability.
6. Assist the team in accurate task estimation and planning.
7. Support the team in overcoming technical challenges and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:. Experience and Qualifications:
14. - years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Embedded Software Development.
15. Proven expertise in successfully applying Scrum methodologies within technical teams.
16. Scrum Master certification (, CSM, PSM) is preferred.
. Technical Knowledge:
17. Strong understanding of embedded systems development, including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
