Business Development Manager (French Speaker) (m/f/d)

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company, is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (French Speaker) to help expand its presence in French-speaking markets and grow key accounts.
Your Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities in Francophone regions France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, etc.)
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers at the executive level
3. Develop and execute growth strategies, including market research and competitive analysis
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in both French and English
5. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients and partners
6. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align offerings with client needs
7. Track and report on KPIs, sales forecasts, pipeline status, and revenue targets
Your Profile
8. Native or fluent French; excellent English skills; German is a big plus
9. Proven experience in business development / sales in the IT or software sector
10. Demonstrated success in opening up or growing markets or clients in French-speaking regions
11. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
12. Strategic thinker; able to develop plans and execute them autonomously
13. Proficiency with CRM tools Salesforce, HubSpot) and in tracking/managing KPIs
