Your Key Responsibilities
* Antitrust Litigation: Act on both the claimant and defence sides in complex claims and cases.
* Digital Markets: Advise on emerging regulatory frameworks, including the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and its impact on platform services.
* Regulatory Proceedings: Represent clients in antitrust investigations and administrative fine proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office ( Bundeskartellamt ) and the European Commission.
* Transaction Support: Provide critical support for M&A activities, specifically in merger control and investment control .
* Compliance: Develop and implement antitrust compliance organisations and conduct internal audits to mitigate risk for global enterprises.
