Shopware is a leading ecommerce system that enables companies worldwide to scale quickly and efficiently in digital commerce. As a trendsetting open-source solution, Shopware is already used by some of the largest European brands, retailers and manufacturers in the B2C and B2B industries.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of scalable partner marketing programs and ecosystem-wide communication, playing a key role in enabling our partner network to drive measurable business impact, e.g. pipeline contribution. As part of our Growth Marketing—within the Demand Gen & Partner Marketing team—you will shape and execute global co-marketing initiatives that support hundreds of partners across markets.
The focus of this role is on one-to-many communication, where your work will ensure that a large and diverse integration partner base is engaged, enabled, and aligned with our strategic goals. To scale effectively, you will develop structured, ready-to-activate campaign formats—such as modular “Campaigns in a Box”—that allow partners to launch aligned initiatives independently, while contributing to Shopware’s revenue growth.
This position can be filled on-site, hybrid, or fully remote within Germany or selected European countries where we are registered. Your work location will be agreed upon in advance and forms the basis of your employment contract.
* You will take ownership of partner marketing across a broad, international ecosystem of integration partners—focusing primarily on scalable, automated one-to-many communication to ensure consistent reach and engagement across our growing partner base.
* In this role, you will conceptualize and run globally aligned, co-branded campaigns that enable our partners to generate qualified leads (PQLs) and contribute directly to Shopware’s revenue goals.
* You will lead regular partner meetings for strategic alignment, while ensuring the wider ecosystem is continuously supported through structured enablement, campaign rollouts, and centralized communication.
* A key part of your responsibility is to design and manage frameworks—such as content hubs, toolkits, and lead tracking processes—that allow hundreds of partners to access relevant information, engage with campaigns, and deliver measurable impact at scale.
* You will collaborate closely with internal teams—especially your Demand Generation colleagues—and external stakeholders to drive campaign execution, create detailed briefings, and coordinate global initiatives, so that all moving parts align efficiently and deliver maximum campaign impact.
* You will manage the partner marketing budget, including Market Development Funds (MDF), and track performance KPIs to optimize outcomes and ROI.
* You will also be accountable for strategic initiatives like ecosystem-wide campaign alignment, content quality on the Partner Hub, and communication roadmaps for key partner groups, enabling partners to act independently while staying connected to our strategic priorities.
This is what you’ll bring to the table:
* You bring several years of in‑depth experience in B2B partner marketing—ideally within SaaS, tech, or platform ecosystems, think strategically, and have achieved demonstrable success while sharing best practices with others.
* You have a strong understanding of how to drive scalable impact across a large, diverse partner base and have successfully planned and executed automated co-marketing programs that generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline contribution and closed-one.
* You are skilled in stakeholder management, project coordination, and building enablement structures that work across partner segments and markets.
* You have experience managing MDF budgets, monitoring the campaign success while holding partners accountable for contributions to our business goals.
* You communicate clearly, work in a structured and solution-oriented way, and thrive in complex, cross-functional environments.
* As an English‑first company, you should communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. German is a strong plus, and Dutch or Italian are an advantage.
* Occasional travel to key events and trade fairs is expected.
This is what we offer you:
* Company Culture: Open culture with flat hierarchies, where individual initiative is encouraged.
* Employment Contracts: Permanent positions that offer long-term security.
* Flexibility: Flexible working hours and options for mobile work and full-remote contracts.
* Equipment: Freedom to choose your preferred work hardware.
* Onboarding: Well-structured onboarding with support from a personal "buddy."
* Work Environment: An inspiring environment with dedicated colleagues and a dynamic community.
* Development Opportunities: Diverse opportunities for personal growth and development.
* Additional Benefits: Attractive perks such as company pension plans, health programs, and regular team events.
