The company will manage a portfolio of high-quality properties and development projects, representing approximately seven million square meters of lettable space, all owned by real estate funds managed by Blackstone. PROXITY’s mission is to deliver modern, flexible warehousing solutions to a diverse customer base across Europe’s most dynamic metropolitan regions. With a presence across Continental Europe, with core markets in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Iberia, the company plans to expand its footprint in both existing and new markets as it scales further. Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Development Manager to join our team and lead a portfolio of logistics real estate developments across multiple European markets.

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will act as a central point of coordination, managing projects across the full lifecycle — from land acquisition and investment underwriting through design, construction, and handover.

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Messeturm (primarily office-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver development projects (BTS, speculative, refurbishments)
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners (developers, consultants, contractors)
• Manage design, permitting, tendering, and construction processes
• Prepare and underwrite investment memoranda
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Build and manage relationships with authorities and key stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years’ experience in real estate development / construction
• Strong project management experience from design to delivery
• Solid understanding of construction and procurement processes
• Experience in international project environments
• Willing to travel regularly across Europe
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
