Your responsibilities
* Professional leadership of the Infrastructure and Services areas
* Central operation and maintenance of application systems, IT infrastructure, and TC
* Alignment of the IT department with the company‘s growth and integration of global subsidiaries
* Management and control of external service providers
* Design and expansion of IT security for approximately 500 IT workstations
* Optimization of virtualized servers, storage, and IT infrastructure, including TC
* Development and advancement of an IT strategy
* Direct reporting to the CIO
Your profile
* You‘ve successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field and/or several years of professional experience as an IT team leader or in IT project management at a larger company or consulting firm
* You have experience in IT management for software/hardware projects, both technically and commercially
* You have knowledge of VMware and are proficient in working with all current Windows Server versions
* You have in-depth expertise in ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central
* You possess the aptitude, competence, and initial experience in staff leadership
* You are a strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset
