For our site Diehl Aviation in Laupheim we are looking for a: Head of System Integration Cabin (m/w/d) You are responsible for the line and professional management of the System Integration Cabin team. You are accountable for the planning, coordination and provision of the necessary capacities and skills, as well as the integration of internal and external development service providers. You support the objectives of the department and you are responsible for the execution of team targets including the initialization and implementation of improvement measures. Establishing and further developing of standards, processes, methods and tools within the area of responsibility based on the team KPIs are also part of your tasks. You take care of the further development and motivation of employees. You have a successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering or natural sciences, a successfully completed technical degree in a STEM field or comparable qualification. You have sound professional experience in the development and integration of electrical equipment as well as with oxygen systems and you are familiar with the regulatory requirements (CS-25 / FAR Part 25, Do-160, DO-254) with a focus on ATA Chapters 92 and 35. You have extensive knowledge and skills in managing, motivating and developing employees (several years). You promote teamwork as well as open and constructive communication between employees. You have strong project management skills and experience in budget planning and resource management.
