Your mission: Support the smooth daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, focusing on efficient front-of-house service. Lead and motivate the service team on shift to deliver excellent customer experiences. Assist with team training and onboarding to uphold service standards and ensure consistency across shifts. Help monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to management to maintain service flow. Ensure company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols are followed during service. Proactively engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, handle minor complaints professionally, and escalate more complex issues to the manager when needed. Your profile: Experience in hospitality or restaurant service, ideally in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Solid understanding of front-of-house operations and a passion for delivering great customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you lead by example and help foster a positive team spirit. Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule. Why us?
