Talent Acquisition Manager:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience who brings a startup mindset—comfortable working at pace, taking ownership, and building efficient hiring processes in a growing, dynamic environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition
Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards, and ATS platforms
