About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Global Service & Knowledge Management team. As a Working Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our knowledge management strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining an effective knowledge sharing system and its content, enhancing the multilingual offerings of our knowledge base, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate knowledge management processes.

* Assist in expanding the technical content within the knowledge base

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and knowledge sharing
* Provide ad-hoc support for project work as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field
* Basic proficiency in standard business tools
* High proficiency in both English and German, written and spoken
* Strong editorial skills regarding format, structure, and linguistic style
* Assertiveness and confident communication
* Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
