About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated technician to deliver hands-on technical support for our products. This role combines workshop tasks with regional travel, ideal for practical problem-solvers seeking stable employment with skill development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of our products at client sites.
-Conduct product training for customers and document technical feedback.
-Manage service records, inventory (tools/spare parts), and warranty documentation.
-Coordinate with sales teams to resolve client inquiries and process improvement.
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service timelines.
Requirements:
-Vocational qualification (e.g., mechatronics technician, mechanical technician) or 1+ years of technical support experience.
-Professional English proficiency (written/spoken);
-Willingness to travel regionally.
-A valid driver's license is required.
-We accept candidates with little working experience or graduates with an educational background in Mechanical Engineering.
-Prefer candidates that are currently based in Germany with a valid work permit
