As a (Senior) Manager Supply Chain Management Biopharmaceuticals (m/f/d), it is your main responsibility to ensure timely product launches and the continuous supply of biosimilar products to the markets.This is a fixed-term position for 18 months.Your Assignments:Analyze global demand vs. supply for one or more biosimilar moleculesProvide transparency on demand vs. supply to enable cross-functional alignment and management decisionsPrepare and participate in S&OP cycles and drive demand, inventory, and supply analysisForecast Drug Substance and Drug Product demand based on Finished Product sales forecasts (horizon 36 months)Manage ordering process, and production planning, and coordination with suppliers for Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), and Finished Products (FP)Oversee inventory at all supply chain levels (DS, DP, FP)Lead supply launch readiness and ensure cross-functional alignment and adherence to timelinesSupport Tech Transfer projects and Business Development initiativesParticipate in SCM projects together with the Global SCM groupYour Profile:Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management or similarMin. 5 years of experience in number-driven environments (e.g., finance, supply chain, consulting or similar)Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including external manufacturing and launch management in the biopharmaceutical industryTrack record in setting up processes, tools and structures and project management experienceVery proficient use of Excel and ability to build simple to advanced models to run analysis over several manufacturing stepsExperience in S&OP / IBP and S&OE processes and proficient use of SAP ERP and SAP IBP is an advantageTrack record in setting up processes, tools and structures and project management experienceKnowledge of (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, regulatory requirements, QA and QC is plusContinuous improvement mindset and/or certificate(s) such as Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt, etc. is a plusExcellent organizational, team and time management skillsCritical thinking, solution oriented and proactive work styleFluent in English, with additional language skills (German or French) as a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
