Job Summary: The Service Manager m/f/d will be responsible for managing the repair and calibration services for electrical equipment. This role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of repair and calibration technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Service Management: Oversee the repair and calibration processes, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to meet customer expectations.
Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure all services meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring effective problem resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Compliance: Ensure all repair and calibration activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements (e.g., Inventory Management: Oversee the management of tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to support repair and calibration activities.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control procedures.
Safety: Promote and enforce a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
German language is a must
