For our client we are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Payroll Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote (90%) & Stuttgart (10%).
Your tasks
1. Process definition:
2. Analysis of payroll processes,
3. Design and realization of end-to-end payroll processes in combination with time management and personnel data management
4. Conception and configuration:
5. Development of payroll solutions based on SAP EC Payroll, incl. Customzing,
6. Maintenance of schemes and rules
7. Definition of wage types,
8. HR Forms and notifications,
9. Data migration,
10. Test management
11. Payroll:
12. Processing/Control of Payroll execution incl. follow up activities with SAP SuccessFactors and check of complex processes with respect to legal requirements
