WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As part of the Business Reporting II leadership team you take over the position as Subject Area Lead for Cost Charging.
* You functionally lead the Cost Charging subject area, provide expertise and drive end-to-end process improvement.
* You support the service delivery and proper performance of month-end closing and year-end closing activities.
* In close contact with our partners and other departments, you lead multiple optimization projects, dealing with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
* In addition, you support the implementation new technologies, tools and digital initiatives.
* Besides that, you ensure Financial Reporting Compliance for your subject area and you develop controls into consistent quality management.
* As part of the leadership team, you contribute to strategic development of the department and support the management of the department and its employees, as well as their development.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting or comparable qualification
* several years of professional and management experience, ideally in the field of Finance, Accounting and Reporting
* fluent communications skills in English, German is a plus
* confident handling of SAP R/3 and S/4 Hana
* customer orientation, IT affinity, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and willingness to make decisions

* Gross annual salary (full-time): 68.000 - 72.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 25% of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
