Procurement Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Krefeld, Germany / hybrid

* Manage the procurement of new cylinders, bundles, pallets, and accessories for both new and retested assets
* Negotiate and maintain price agreements, including for external retesting services
* Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers and product innovations
* Handle cylinder and bundle requests from affiliates, including transport organization
* Oversee stock levels and availability of new and used cylinders
* Support pricing maintenance and apply negotiation strategies and best practices
* Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships across Europe
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, quality, operations) to align procurement with business needs
* Manage claims and resolve supplier-related issues effectively
* Coordinate sales activities related to surplus or reusable packaging items
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
* Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
* Strong technical understanding and interest in industrial packaging and gas-related equipment
* Proficient in SAP (MM module) and MS Office tools
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
